We are delighted to announce that the UKTMN Online Annual Conference 2022, which will take place 22-23 March 2022, is now open for registration!

The conference will take place online, from 09.00 to 13.00 on the two consecutive days. We have enabled a flexible registration process to allow you to attend all or a selection of the two days. Please see our event page, which is linked below for the full programme.

This year, attendance will be charged at a rate of £25 for one day or £40 for two days.

Places at the Annual Conference are exclusively available for UKTMN members. We have tailored the programme to trial management, so we hope you find it interesting! Please be aware that places will be offered on a first come first served basis. Make sure you register as soon as you can to avoid disappointment.

Although it is not plausible for us to hold the Annual Conference face-to-face this year, we hope this online programme will be both useful and accessible for our members. We are also putting plans into place to hold a face-to-face networking event for those who are in attendance at the International Clinical Trials Methodology Conference in October 2022. Watch this space for more news on this next year.

As always, we are keen for members to have the chance to present their work too, and we are therefore opening a call for abstracts.

We would like to welcome you to submit an abstract for interesting trial management methodology from trials or studies you have worked on, which can be presented in one of three ways. You may submit an abstract for oral presentation as part of the main programme, poster presentation, or oral presentation during a parallel session. The purpose of the parallel sessions is to discuss challenges and solutions within a specific topic area of clinical trial management, please use the link above to see a full list of parallel session topics. Please specify your preference for oral or poster presentation when you submit your abstract.

All abstracts must be submitted by Monday 24 January 2022, via the ONLINE SUBMISSION FORM
