The UKTMN ASPIRE leadership programme cohort 2 concluded their time on the programme on Tuesday 24 February with a final session in Manchester.
The group, who began their ASPIRE leadership journey in September 2025, spent their final session working on motivation and thinking about what comes next in their leadership journey.
It has been a pleasure to work with Nick Robinson, Executive Leadership Coach, to help the cohort develop their confidence and leadership skills throughout their time on the programme.
