The UKTMN supports trial management professionals across the UK, but we are also keen to ensure that the trial management profession is seen and acknowledged as a career. It is often felt that clinical trials are not a career path that those outside of the field are aware of, and so attracting new talent to the profession can be difficult.
We want to raise awareness of trial management as a profession, and have been working on a promotional video, linked below. We hope this video helps to raise the profile of trial management, and to acknowledge the profession as a career choice for those interested in working in clinical trials.
