Kirsteen works in the NMAHP Research unit at Glasgow Caledonian University.  She has a degree in Pharmacology and a PhD in pharmaceutics and novel imaging techniques.  She has over 13 years’ experience in managing both drug and non-drug trials in a breadth of disciplines including rheumatology, cardiology, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease and in women’s health.  Her trial experience is also enriched by sitting on one of the West of Scotland research ethics Committees and contributing to trial forge projects.  Her other main interests are patient and public involvement in research, trial efficiency and patient reported outcome measures.
