The first webinar in our series, as requested via your feedback, will focus on the first-hand experience of research teams in relation to the implementation, day to day management and conduction of their SWATs. Research teams will highlight and present any of the challenges and practical implications that they have faced and share with you any tips that they have picked up along the way. This webinar will enable you to learn about SWATs from researchers who have implemented them personally and provide you with the opportunity to ask them any questions during our live Q&A sessions.

The upcoming webinar, which is to be held on 10th November (10:00 -12:30) will cover:

  • Presentations of SWATs by researchers from various UK institutions
  • A variety of SWAT interventions (including both recruitment and retention SWATs)
  • A range of host trial areas
  • Various SWAT methodologies (including both simultaneous and sequential SWATs)
  • A presentation by Sandra Galvin on behalf of the HRB-TMRN detailing SWAT activity in Ireland
  • Live Q&A sessions
