The UKTMN have always been passionate about recognising the vital input a trial manager provides to the success of a trial, and we continue to endeavour to make sure all those involved in trials in the UK recognise this too.

The Trial manager of the year initiative was launched in 2020 to increase awareness and recognition of the pivotal role trial management professionals play in the clinical trial community. This initiative allows peers and colleagues to formally recognise the hard work and dedication of a trial management professional and provides a platform to celebrate success.
