Summary
Since the publication of the 'cohort multiple RCT' design in the BMJ in 2010, Trials based within Cohorts (TwiCs) have become increasingly prominent. Clare Relton will describe the rationale for the design and its key features, and then a brief overview of how and where the design is being used.
