About the course leader: Martin Rosser
Biography: Martin has been a professional journalist, editor and writer since 1985.
In this time, he has worked on and for newspapers, newsletters, leaflets, books and magazines -- but mostly magazines. Some of these were on sale in WH Smith, others were distributed for marketing, PR or other reasons. All used words, images and design to deliver a message successfully. Martin's expertise is the written word.
Martin has worked on several projects in the world of clinical trials. He took a patient information leaflet that had been heavily criticised by the ethics panel, and edited it so it sailed through review. He also edited a patient information leaflet that was publicly praised in the House of Lords for its clarity and content.
